Deerview Meats, owned and operated by the Deering Family, began as a family operation in 2006 specializing in processing venison products. Deerview is fortunate to have Perry & Chris at the helm. Perry has a background in cattle ranching, deer farming and meat processing and has used that experience to open SE Alberta’s premier meat processing plant. Located on 141 Mildred Street in Seven Persons, adjacent to Highway 3, Premium Sausage has been a community staple since 1990. They produce Farmer Style Sausage the old fashioned way, with real hickory smoke, experienced staff and small town charm. They also offer ready to eat deli meats, fresh cuts, a variety of bacons and specialty products using local ingredients.
